Lomi Ha Breathwork Circle at Yoga Lab in Middlesex
Join Jessica Lantos for a deeply restorative and transformative workshop exploring the healing power of Hawaiian Lomi Ha Breathwork.
Lomi, often known as Lomi Lomi, is rooted in the sacred healing traditions of Hawaiʻi and encompasses many lineages of bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual practice. The word Ha translates to “breath of life” and refers to the intentional exhale used throughout this powerful breathwork journey.
Through rhythmic conscious breathing and guided presence, participants are invited into a gentle meditative and altered state of awareness. This breath-led experience can support emotional release, energetic movement, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to self.
What to Expect
Each session is intentionally crafted to cultivate grounding, inner awareness, and embodied healing through breath, touch, sound, and stillness. Together, we’ll move through:
an opening circle and gentle grounding practices
a guided Lomi Ha Breathwork journey (approximately 45 minutes)
optional hands-on Lomi Lomi bodywork and Reiki energy healing offered by Jessica to support energetic release and integration
a crystal singing bowl sound bath for deep rest and nervous system restoration
space for journaling, quiet reflection, sharing, and light snacks
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel supported and at ease, such as water, layers, an eye mask, or a journal. Most of the practice will take place lying down.
Who is it for?
This series is designed for anyone interested in exploring somatic practices, breathwork, or body-centered healing. It offers space to soften, regulate, and deepen your connection with yourself.
