Reiki Level I is a full-day course that introduces you to this method of gentle healing.

It includes a full day of training, four Reiki attunements, a meal and a Reiki I Manual.

Level I allows you to offer Reiki to yourself, animals and children. The main focus for this first training is self-healing. It's important to first and foremost use Reiki for your own well-being.

The total cost of the training is $350 and is eligible to be covered by a VSAC grant (reach out for more info & help applying)

• Reiki Self Treatment Practice & Hand Placements

• Chakras & The Energy Body

• Ethics

• Boundaries: Grounding, Protecting & Clearing Techniques

• Info on Level II & III – what’s next

This course includes a course manual to refer back to in the future and a printed certificate.

Reiki Level 1 is a prerequisite for Reiki Level 2, the practitioner level.
